Kristen Smigielski

Ph.D.

Dr. Kristen Smigielski’s interdisciplinary training spans education, qualitative research methodology, and music performance. She earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruction and the Science of Learning from the University at Buffalo, where she also completed a Certificate of Advanced Study in Qualitative Methodologies. Her earlier graduate work includes a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and a Master of Science in Education in Childhood Education, reflecting a career that bridges the arts, teaching, and educational research.
